Aims of the Chichester Nurses League & Membership Details
• To be a social connection between nurses who are or have been training and working together and may now have moved on to other spheres.• To encourage a high standard of work and conduct.
• To endeavour to promote professional interests in nurses.
• To advance the education and training of League members.
• To help members in necessitous circumstances. Each year a Reunion is held at St. Richard’s Hospital which includes lunch, chapel service, A.G.M. and tea. Most years we have a speaker.
A magazine is published each year and contains items of interest from members and news from those who cannot get to Reunion. It also contains news of changes within the Hospital.
At present, membership of the League is either a yearly subscription of £3.00 or Life membership of £50.00 If you are interested in joining the Chichester Nurses League or want any more information please contact us.
